Growth Marketing Lead

who's not just an expert in funnels and fluent in HubSpot—but who lives and breathes performance. You'll be the driving force behind our inbound lead generation, website optimisation, campaign execution, and event strategy. Reporting directly to the CMO, you'll lead from the front, supported by a talented Growth Marketing Manager and collaborating across RevOps, Content, and Customer Marketing. What You'll Own Inbound Engine : Build and scale campaigns that attract, qualify, and convert leads across paid, organic, and owned channels. Website & CRO : Own the roadmap, UX, SEO, and A/B testing to maximise traffic-to-lead conversion. Campaigns & Projects : Lead GTM initiatives with precision, speed, and cross-functional coordination. Events & Webinars : Deliver high-impact virtual and in-person experiences that generate pipeline and ROI. Marketing Tech & Ops : Manage the stack (HubSpot, Webflow, Chilipiper, etc.) and embrace AI to scale smarter. Analytics & Reporting : Define KPIs, forecast leads, and deliver insights that drive decisions. Budget Ownership : Prioritise spend across digital, events, and tools to maximise ROI.
