You'll be the driving force behind our inbound lead generation, website optimisation, campaign execution, and event strategy. Reporting directly to the CMO, you'll lead from the front, supported by a talented Growth Marketing Manager and collaborating across RevOps, Content, and Customer Marketing. What You'll Own Inbound Engine : Build and scale campaigns that attract, qualify, and convert leads across paid, organic, and owned channels. Website & CRO : Own the roadmap, UX, SEO, and A/B testing to maximise traffic-to-lead conversion. Campaigns & Projects : Lead GTM initiatives with precision, speed, and cross-functional coordination.
