Check out our LinkedIn page. About The Role Were seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to steer expansion into new markets and audiences, taking full ownership of our growth strategy. This role calls for a bold, experimental mindset, someone who thrives on testing, analysing, and making data-driven decisions, and who treats failure as valuable input for future success. You'll design and execute multi-channel campaigns, trial new messaging and formats, and build a scalable, repeatable growth engine that drives both immediate demand and lasting brand equity. What You’ll Do
Report to the Head of Commercial & Strategy and collaborate closely with the Product Marketing Lead to align digital marketing strategy with commercial priorities and growth opportunities Plan and run structured, hypothesis-driven experiments across channels testing messaging, formats, and tactics to build a repeatable engine for campaign iteration and growth Develop and deliver strategic, multi-channel campaigns that drive both pipeline and long-term brand engagement Design and execute marketing initiatives across paid, organic, and owned channels to reach target audiences and accelerate demand Translate performance data into actionable insights, providing real-time feedback on campaign effectiveness, messaging resonance, and ROI to sales, product, and leadership teams Partner with Product Marketing to bring positioning, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and messaging to market through tailored campaigns for new segments, verticals, and geographies Work with Revenue Operations to build dashboards, define key metrics (ROI, CAC, conversion rates), and share learnings across teams to continually improve marketing efficiency Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and continuously refine strategy based on market shifts and performance insights to sustain growth
Essential
Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving processes and shifting priorities Experienced in launching and managing multi-market campaigns across diverse segments Combines growth marketing expertise with strong brand strategy and storytelling skills Strategic yet hands-on, with a track record of managing budgets, agencies, and paid media for optimal ROI and CAC efficiency Data-driven and fluent in interpreting campaign analytics, identifying trends, and optimizing performance across the funnel Skilled in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign structure to boost conversion and engagement Self-starter with a resilient, growth-oriented mindset who takes initiative and executes independently Collaborative communicator who works effectively across teams and embraces feedback to drive continuous improvement
Desirable
Knowledge of the Construction industry Bachelor's degree in relevant field
