Drive market entry and establish the foundation for global expansion.
Develop growth strategy while personally managing campaigns and building scalable processes.
What You'll Own
Strategic growth leadership: develop and execute a comprehensive UK growth strategy with input on global expansion.
Build growth frameworks and processes that can scale across multiple markets.
Work directly with the CEO on growth strategy and budget allocation.
Lead cross‑functional growth initiatives with product, engineering, and operations teams.
Market Research & Strategy
Map money flow patterns across UK diaspora communities and identify highest‑value segments.
Research ecosystem dynamics: who influences sending decisions, where conversations happen, what drives trust.
Build deep customer personas based on actual behavior across different cultural contexts.
Analyze competitor positioning and identify whitespace opportunities in the UK and target expansion markets.
Hands‑On Growth Execution
Personally design, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic platforms.
Build and manage organic growth channels, including SEO and community partnerships.
Develop and test unconventional acquisition tactics that bigger players can’t or won’t try.
Execute growth experiments across paid, organic, and peer‑to‑peer channels.
Growth Systems & Analytics
Build measurement frameworks to track what’s working and eliminate what isn’t.
Design viral mechanics and referral loops with product team collaboration.
Create systematic A/B testing processes across every step of the conversion funnel.
Establish scalable experimentation processes that support rapid learning and iteration.
Team Development & Scaling
Hire and manage 2‑3 marketing specialists as the team grows.
Develop playbooks and processes for regional marketing managers.
Mentor junior team members and build institutional growth knowledge.
Establish workflows that enable efficient global expansion.
Who You Are
5‑7 years driving measurable growth in fintech, consumer apps, or multi‑market platforms.
Proven track record building user bases from early stage to significant scale (100K+ users).
Direct experience managing substantial paid marketing budgets ($500K+ annually).
Expertise across both performance marketing and organic/community‑driven growth channels.
Hands‑On Digital Skills
Advanced proficiency with paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic).
Comfortable personally building, launching, and optimizing complex multi‑channel campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with data analysis tools.
Experience with marketing technology stack and growth analytics platforms.
Strategic Thinking
Ability to develop market entry strategies and identify high‑leverage growth opportunities.
Comfortable building models, forecasting growth, and optimizing marketing spend.
Experience translating business objectives into actionable growth experiments.
