MISSION FOR THIS ROLE
The role of the Global Senior Marketing Manager, is to play a critical role in shaping and scaling our brand strategy and presence across global markets. This role focuses on working closely with regional partners to co-create and execute impactful, locally relevant brand and media strategies that align with our global vision. You will be the strategic connector between the global brand team and local markets, ensuring brand consistency while allowing for regional nuance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Planning and Brand Positioning: Position the brand effectively within our markets by identifying unique selling points and leveraging them to stand out from competitors.
- Strategic Planning and Brand Positioning: Identify emerging trends in sports and fashion (both globally and locally) and integrate them into strategic planning.
- Partner Strategy Development: Serve as the key liaison between global brand, creative, product, and regional teams to ensure consistent messaging and storytelling across all touchpoints.
- Partner Strategy Development: Lead the development of scalable marketing toolkits and playbooks to support regional execution across channels, including seasonal launches, collaborations, and product drops.
- Partner Strategy Development: Partner with regional marketing leads to develop annual and seasonal brand marketing and media plans tailored to local market needs while aligned with global strategy.
- Partner Strategy Development: Adapt global brand campaigns into market-ready toolkits and provide strategic guidance on execution across channels (paid media, digital, retail, influencer, PR, etc.).
- Partner Strategy Development: Guide regional teams on media planning (especially digital and social), audience targeting, and performance tracking. Provide recommendations for improving ROI and brand impact.
- Market Research and Consumer Insights: Use data analytics and consumer insights to drive decision-making, identify target demographics, understand customer preferences, competitor positioning and develop targeted campaigns.
- Market Research and Consumer Insights: Gather and analyze local market feedback, performance data, and consumer insights to refine brand strategies and inform future planning.
- Campaign Development and Execution: Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, in-store, etc.) to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Campaign Development and Execution: Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize effectiveness.
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media, to increase online presence and reach.
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Analyse digital metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Public and Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers to increase brand visibility.
- Public and Media Relations: Develop press releases, pitches, and media kits for product launches, events, and announcements.
- Public and Media Relations: Manage press inquiries and coordinate interviews, media placements, and stories that highlight the brand and its products.
- Budget Management and ROI Analysis: Manage and track the global brand media budget whilst working closely with our partners to support their needs, ensuring optimal use of resources and alignment with overall business goals.

REQUIREMENTS
- Previous marketing and media experience, preferably in the fashion, sportswear, or lifestyle industries.
- Proven track record of managing and executing integrated brand campaigns across multiple markets.
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics, consumer behavior, and media trends in key global regions.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Experience working with both internal creative teams and external agencies.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with global reach.
- Passion for sport, fashion, and culture.
