Position Summary We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Senior Global Marketing Manager to lead international marketing initiatives across multiple regions. This role requires an individual with strong leadership skills, a proven ability to execute integrated marketing campaigns at scale, and deep experience in brand positioning within complex, multi-market environments. The successful candidate will operate with discretion and professionalism, working closely with senior leadership to shape and deliver a global marketing strategy that enhances brand equity, drives customer engagement, and delivers measurable commercial results. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
Manage multi-market marketing plans, ensuring consistency while adapting to regional needs.
Partner with senior executives on brand positioning, market entry strategies, and long-term growth initiatives.
Brand & Campaign Management Lead the development of global brand campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels.
Ensure messaging is cohesive, culturally relevant, and aligned across all platforms.
Oversee creative agencies, media partners, and internal teams to deliver high-impact marketing programs.
Market Insights & Analysis Conduct competitive and consumer market analysis to inform strategy and decision-making.
Track and evaluate campaign performance globally, using data-driven insights to optimize impact.
Identify emerging trends and opportunities to strengthen global brand presence.
Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead and mentor regional marketing managers and cross-functional teams.
Foster collaboration with Product, Sales, Communications, and Digital teams.
Champion a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance.
Qualifications & Experience 10+ years experience in international marketing leadership roles .
Proven track record of managing global brand strategies and multi-market campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, media planning, and brand communications.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to operate with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
Fluent in English (additional languages highly desirable).
