We’re looking for a dynamic, personable addition to our team to help our online agency run smoothly across finance, people, and office operations. This is a varied role with the chance to get involved in lots of areas of the business.

What you’ll be doing Finance support • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and finances on Xero • Provide the leadership team with monthly performance and forecast reports • Liaise with accountants on VAT returns, account submissions and payroll Office management • Keep our physical office space running smoothly (plants, pictures, fruit etc.) • Organise events, meetings and team lunches • Manage business tech tools and subscriptions HR & People • Support the MD with feedback cycles and appraisals • Post job ads, screen applicants and arrange interviews Marketing support (optional, based on skills and interests) • Get involved in operational, administrative or creative marketing tasks • Opportunities for design, content creation or campaign support PA to founder • Assist with occasional personal matters (travel, property, family, health) What we’re offering • Salary: £25,000–£45,000, depending on experience • A friendly, collaborative environment with a chance to shape how we work • Exposure to all parts of a growing agency business • Opportunities to stretch into new areas based on your interests
