Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic, personable addition to our team to help our online agency run smoothly across finance, people, and office operations. This is a varied role with the chance to get involved in lots of areas of the business.


What you’ll be doing


Finance support

\t•\tManage day-to-day bookkeeping and finances on Xero

\t•\tProvide the leadership team with monthly performance and forecast reports

\t•\tLiaise with accountants on VAT returns, account submissions and payroll


Office management

\t•\tKeep our physical office space running smoothly (plants, pictures, fruit etc.)

\t•\tOrganise events, meetings and team lunches

\t•\tManage business tech tools and subscriptions


HR & People

\t•\tSupport the MD with feedback cycles and appraisals

\t•\tPost job ads, screen applicants and arrange interviews


Marketing support (optional, based on skills and interests)

\t•\tGet involved in operational, administrative or creative marketing tasks

\t•\tOpportunities for design, content creation or campaign support


PA to founder

\t•\tAssist with occasional personal matters (travel, property, family, health)


What we’re offering

\t•\tSalary: £25,000–£45,000, depending on experience
