OverviewField Marketing Executive - UK & I, remote with travel to the UK (London office) is a role at Samsara. You will work within the UKI Field Marketing team, executing marketing activity aligned to team plans, strategies, and business needs. You will be hands-on across programs, campaigns, communications, and events, with a focus on planning, agility, and a customer-centric mindset.ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver projects and events on time and within budget.Manage third-party vendors (e.g., event and creative agencies) to design impactful experiences that drive meaningful outcomes for internal and external audiences.Partner with the UKI Field Marketing Lead to develop and execute the annual UKI field and events strategy, ensuring alignment with business and marketing objectives.Occasionally support the wider EMEA field marketing team on European activity and events.Oversee flawless event execution (third-party and Samsara-hosted), including on-site setup and teardown, vendor coordination, merchandise and collateral management, stand scheduling, and briefing organization.Create, maintain, and share a UKI Field Marketing calendar to inform go-to-market teams of upcoming initiatives.Track and evaluate event performance against KPIs to assess ROI, generate insights, and recommend improvements.Build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders, customer advocates, industry partners, and media partners.Model Samsara’s values—Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, and Win as a Team—as we scale globally.Minimum requirementsSelf-starter who can execute to get the job done and drive process improvements while maintaining agility.4+ years of proven field marketing / event management experience in B2B or technology, with a track record of impactful programs.Experience in telematics, fleet management, logistics, or automotive/OEM industries is highly desirable.Attention to detail, excellent organization, and ability to manage multiple projects.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Willingness to travel as needed.Ability to work autonomously and in a fast-moving environment; capable of building relationships at all levels and motivating others.Travel for events as required.An ideal candidate also hasSFDC and Marketo experienceEuropean language skills (French/German) helpful but not essentialAt Samsara, we welcome everyone regardless of background.
