The Ryobi Field Marketing Executive (FME) promotes the Ryobi brand within national retail partners, supports stores in a geographic region, and aims to develop sales, brand awareness and customer engagement across the region. This is a full-time role, working Tuesday to Saturday.A full UK Driving Licence is required as you will travel to different customers within your allocated region. An Employee Assistance Programme provides 24/7 confidential support.ResponsibilitiesMaintain Ryobi branded selling locations in customer premisesBuild relationships with store teams and consumersImplement national marketing campaigns in a timely mannerPromote the Ryobi brand and recruit customers into the 18V ONE+ platformOrganise and deliver weekly in-store demonstration events to drive salesCreate journey plans to visit all customer locations within a 4-week cycleDeliver training to retail staff to enable selling the Ryobi brand to end usersRequired Skills & QualificationsGood communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint and verbal)Keen eye for retail standards (retail experience preferred but not essential)Strong organisational skills (experience with Outlook calendar and MS Teams)Confident demonstrator with hands-on experience with power tools; comprehensive training provided if neededAdditional InformationLocation: North East region (Yorkshire and East Midlands); preferred base near Leeds, Sheffield or NottinghamSchedule: Tuesday–SaturdayIndustry: Consumer/Retail, ManufacturingAt TTI, we are committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
