Plan and deliver marketing campaigns for flagship exhibitions and awards within the hair and beauty sectors. Develop and execute digital strategies across email, social, web, and paid channels to grow audiences and registrations. Produce engaging copy, promotional materials, and digital/print assets, working closely with designers and external partners. Manage campaign budgets, focusing on ROI and cost-per-acquisition metrics. Keep event websites updated with relevant content, imagery, and calls-to-action. Collaborate with exhibitors, speakers, and influencers to maximise marketing exposure and industry reach. Track, evaluate, and report on campaign performance, adapting strategies based on data insights. Support on-site visitor engagement and content capture to enhance brand presence and event experience.
Ideal Background
3-4 years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally within events, exhibitions, or related industries. Strong digital marketing expertise with an analytical mindset to track, interpret, and optimise performance. Proven ability in campaign planning, copywriting, and asset production across multiple channels. Highly organised, adaptable, and collaborative with excellent stakeholder engagement skills. Creative problem-solver with a proactive, self-motivated approach and a passion for innovation in marketing.
