You’ll take full ownership of global marketing campaigns, driving performance across events, sponsorships, and audience engagement.This is both a strategic and hands-on role: leading a small, high-performing team while actively delivering campaigns yourself. You’ll collaborate with internal Events, Sales, Editorial, and Talent teams to deliver innovative, data-driven campaigns that achieve tangible results - from ticket sales and top-of-funnel sponsorship leads to delegate growth and brand visibility.Key ResponsibilitiesEssential/Core PrioritiesLead & Execute Global Events MarketingOwn the marketing strategy and execution for all PIE events, media, and recruitment services, from planning to post-event analysis.Create compelling event websites using Cvent and Evessio, ensuring they effectively showcase each event’s value, drive registrations, and deliver an engaging user experience.Translate commercial goals into measurable outcomes (ticket sales, sponsorship leads, delegate growth).Design and deliver multi-channel campaign plans across global markets (content, email, social, and digital).Collaborate across internal teams to ensure messaging is consistent, creative, and on-brand.Project Management & Team LeadershipAct as the link between senior leadership and the marketing team.Oversee daily operations, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.Prioritise global projects effectively, balancing quick wins with long-term growth initiatives.Lead, motivate, and develop direct reports, fostering structure, clarity, and proactive delivery.Manage budgets, timelines, and external suppliers/agencies to ensure effective delivery.Commercial & Analytical FocusTrack, report, and optimise campaign performance and ROI.Create and continually enhance HubSpot workflows, sequences, automation, and segmentation to drive efficiency.Use analytics from GA, HubSpot, and social/email performance to refine strategy and improve conversion.Work closely with sales, editorial, events, and other product teams to align marketing activity with business goals.Desirable/Growth PrioritiesCreative Oversight & Brand ConsistencyReview and approve campaign visuals, mailers, and on-site event assets for brand and creative excellence.Provide feedback and sign-off to maintain high standards across all channels, ensuring brand consistency and quality across all communications.Stay current with marketing tools and trends, proactively introducing new ideas and approaches.Innovation & OptimisationExperiment with PPC/paid media, agency management, or brand storytelling where relevant.Build advanced automation and analytics capabilities in HubSpot.Introduce creative storytelling and content marketing opportunities to strengthen global brand positioning.The Ideal CandidateYou may currently be working as a Senior Marketing Executive or Marketing Manager and are now ready to take the next step - leading campaigns, managing a small team, and shaping strategy in a fast-growing international company.Essential3-5 years’ proven experience in events marketing, B2B marketing, or media/publishing.Experience leading and developing a small, high-performing team.Hands-on and ambitious - comfortable rolling up your sleeves while leading from the front.Commercially minded, with a track record of turning marketing activity into measurable ROI.Strong communicator with influence at all levels; excellent project management and organisational skills.Organised and confident managing multiple global projects.Skilled in HubSpot (automation, workflows, sequences) and analytics tools (GA, email, social).Calm, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.DesirableCreative eye for visuals, brand, and messaging, with strong copywriting and editing ability.Collaborative team player who thrives in a global, cross-cultural context.Experience with PPC/paid media, agency management, international events, or brand storytelling.Creative thinker with a proactive approach to innovation.Salary & BenefitsCompetitive salary + performance-based bonus potential.Flexible hybrid working (minimum one day/week in London).Opportunity to lead a talented team and shape global marketing strategy.Why Join The PIE?A natural next step for an ambitious marketing professional eager to grow into a senior leadership role, with support from senior leadership, autonomy, and global exposure.Be part of a high-growth global company making an impact in international education.Lead high-visibility campaigns that drive revenue, engagement, and brand growth.Collaborate within an agile, ambitious team where ideas are valued and actioned.Work in a creative, purpose-led environment with freedom to innovate.Shape systems, processes, and marketing strategy at a defining stage for the business.To ApplyPlease upload your CV and cover letter outlining your experience, interest, and suitability for the role plus a link to your portfolio or examples of your work.Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, so early applications are encouraged.Due to the volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
