This role is fast-paced and focused on delivering high-impact email campaigns using your extensive email marketing experience. You will be a passionate, self-motivated email marketer with a strong background in the FMCG sector. Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, you will support ecommerce operations across all websites and channels within the group, building strong relationships with stakeholders to plan campaigns that grow sales. You will be part of a 9-person Ecommerce team and also collaborate with the Marketing team. Responsibilities

Coordinate email marketing, SMS and push notification plans across D2C / D2B (approximately 12 email campaigns per week across brands/shops). Use Google Analytics, third‑party systems, and internal BI reports to identify product stock and plan campaigns effectively. Communicate with Ecommerce, Marketing, Customer Services, Operations, IT/Web Development, Sales and Retail Managers. Brief creative artwork, including build, segmentation, testing and deployment. Own monthly reports, IP reputation and deliverability rates. Devise and execute continual A/B testing of email layouts, frequency, send times and subject lines using statistical relevance. Plan, develop and implement automated/triggered email programs. Monitor email KPIs (including net subscriber growth), IP reputation, deliverability rates and budget; produce monthly reports. Be responsible for online sign-up mechanics across channels and scope improvements to subscriber rates.

What you will bring to the role

Excellent HTML/CSS skills with knowledge of responsive frameworks. Excellent written communications and copywriting skills. A quick learner with excellent attention to detail and a commercial mindset. Good troubleshooting skills. Digital creative skills would be advantageous. Good understanding of Google Analytics (UTM tracking) and email KPIs / e-marketing best practices. Strong numerical and Excel skills. Knowledge of Magento 2, Ometria, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and MailChimp is beneficial. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to business needs (e.g., new product launches, restocking).
