This role will focus on leveraging Klaviyo (for email and SMS) and PostPilot (for direct mail automation) to create highly effective, data-driven campaigns. You will own all automation programs, including text, email, and automated offline direct mail initiatives. Collaborating closely with our marketing team, you will help scale customer engagement and drive revenue across multiple e-commerce brands.Responsibilities:Develop and execute an email marketing strategy for multiple brands, focusing on both automated flows and one-time (batch) campaigns.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., CRO specialists, UI/UX designers, product teams) to align email campaigns with broader marketing objectives.Automation Program Ownership:Build, manage, and optimize lifecycle automation flows in Klaviyo, including welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and re-engagement.Oversee SMS marketing within Klaviyo, ensuring it is integrated seamlessly with email campaigns.Launch and manage automated offline direct mail initiatives via PostPilot, integrating them with digital campaigns for a cohesive omnichannel experience.Campaign Execution and Optimization:Segment audiences based on behavior, demographics, and lifecycle stage to deliver highly targeted messaging.Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, send times, content, and offers.Monitor and analyze performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.) and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.Data Analysis and Reporting:Use analytics and reporting tools to track and evaluate campaign effectiveness.Generate regular reports that highlight key insights, performance trends, and ROI.Present findings to stakeholders and recommend actionable next steps.Deliverability and Compliance:Ensure high email deliverability by following best practices for list health, sender reputation, and ISP requirements.Comply with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and maintain proper consent and unsubscribe processes.Continuous Improvement:Stay updated on the latest email marketing, SMS, and direct mail trends and best practices.Identify opportunities to innovate and enhance customer engagement across all channels.Collaboration and Coordination:Coordinate with design teams to develop email templates and creative assets that align with brand guidelines.Partner with the product and development teams for integrations, troubleshooting, and technical improvements.Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a D2C e-commerce environment.Proven track record of building and optimizing automated email campaigns that drive revenue growth.Hands-on experience with Klaviyo for email and SMS marketing.Experience with direct mail automation (e.g., PostPilot) is highly desirable.Technical Skills:Proficient in email marketing strategies, segmentation, and lifecycle automation.Familiarity with HTML and CSS for basic email template editing.Strong understanding of audience segmentation, deliverability best practices, and compliance requirements.Comfortable using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Klaviyo analytics, etc.) to track performance metrics.Language Skills: Proficient in English; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.Soft Skills and Competencies:Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable optimizations.Strategic Mindset: Capable of developing and managing comprehensive email and automation strategies that align with business goals.Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas and results to stakeholders.Collaboration: Strong team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing colleagues.Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Adaptability: Flexible and proactive in responding to evolving priorities and market trends.Creativity: Innovative approach to campaign design and customer engagement strategies.Customer-Centric Approach: Dedicated to understanding and enhancing the customer journey through all communication touchpoints.Benefits:Competitive Salary: We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.Paid Time Off: 25 days of paid vacation per year inclusive public holiday.Application Disclaimer: Please Read Before ProceedingTo ensure a fair and efficient hiring process, all applications must meet the mandatory requirements listed in the job description.Voice/Video Recording is REQUIREDYour application CANNOT be considered without a voice or video recording.
