About CIPFACIPFA is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join its Marketing Team. Public finance is the backbone of every hospital, council, and public service — you’ll be at the centre of how that story is told. From creating engaging campaigns to launching new digital resources, you’ll play a key role in raising awareness, building trust, and showing the value of good governance in an age where every penny counts. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll help CIPFA evolve how it goes to market, shifting from traditional product-led marketing to a more dynamic, issues-based approach that reflects what our key sectors and customers care about most. Responsibilities
You’ll be working with purpose — not just pushing products. You’ll help position CIPFA as the go-to voice for financial accountability in the public sector. You’ll work with a team who are passionate about ethics, progress, and social good. You'll gain insight into high-level public decision-making and how finance shapes the real world.
About You This role would be suitable for someone who is proactive and organised with experience in a similar professional body organisation. Experience (Essential / Desirable)
B2B email marketing campaign management (Essential) UTM tracking and campaign analytics (Essential) A/B and multivariate split testing (Essential) Email marketing platforms such as Dotdigital (Desirable) CRM systems and lead nurturing campaigns (Essential) Working closely with sales or business development teams (Essential) Professional/financial services marketing (Desirable)
