Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range Direct message the job poster from VMA GROUPCRM & Email Marketing Specialist – 6 month FTCExclusive opportunity for a CRM & Email Marketing Specialist to join a UK membership body on a 6 month FTC basis (may possibly be extended to 12 month FTC).Reporting into the head of Digital, the successful candidate will work as part of a wider marketing team and be primarily focused on email marketing & CRM as well as wider ad hoc digital tasks.1 day a week in St Albans office, 4 from home£40k - £45k (DOE) – Prorated for 6 monthsMust be able to start within 1 month Responsibilities

Design, build, and execute email marketing campaigns using CRM/Marketing Cloud software (Salesforce) Develop automated workflows and nurture campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates Set up, segment email lists, monitor campaign performance, and optimise delivery Embed forms, surveys, and interactive tools to increase engagement and data collection Collaborate with teams on new initiatives and projects Generate and interpret reports on digital performance metrics across email and web Contribute to ad-hoc digital and marketing projects as required

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in end to end email marketing and campaign automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is essential) Strong written and verbal communication skills Analytical mindset; confident with tools such as Google Analytics or Tableau Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Knowledge of email marketing techniques and tracking processes Wider digital marketing experience preferable
