Overview Lazard Asset Management is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of its digital marketing efforts. The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for designing and overseeing the end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns. Responsibilities
Design, build and implement multi-channel and multi-wave email campaigns and customer journeys that drive customer engagement and create marketing qualified leads for sales Collaborate with sales, compliance, and product teams Maintain and manage segmented contact lists within Salesforce.com Identify, track and report on meaningful KPIs for marketing programs Analyze and implement remediation plans to ensure email campaigns are adhering to best practices Research and strategize on tools, vendors, and technologies to improve campaign programs Ensure campaign programs are following financial regulations Monitor campaign performance for global regions where LAM does business Perform regular campaign audits for digital assets and work with digital teams to address deficiencies Continually track and report on campaign budget and results Identify opportunities to streamline campaign operations and improve efficiency

3+ years of email marketing experience, preferably within financial services or other highly regulated industries Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field Strong proficiency in email platforms (Marketo and/or SalesForce Marketing Cloud a plus) and Salesforce.com CRM Experience managing complex marketing automation workflows and segmentation strategies. Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email is a plus Experience working with BrightTalk technology preferred Familiarity with financial industry regulations and compliance standards in marketing communications Strong understanding of how to use data to make campaign design decisions Excellent writing skills, with proof of success; Presentation skills and desire to educate others on best practices for campaign design and execution Ability to use software programs such as Excel, Tableau, and Power BI to create dashboards to report campaign results Effective communication skills and ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
