Email & CRM Marketing Manager£40,000 + benefits | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 remote)We're working with a leading international publisher in the luxury lifestyle sector, who is seeking an Email and CRM Marketing Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across digital, print, events, and data-driven products in a collaborative, friendly environment.The RoleAs Email and CRM Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of the business's B2C and B2C email marketing newsletters and campaigns. You'll play a key role in optimising campaigns for engagement and conversion, while ensuring CRM systems run smoothly and are effectively integrated across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily and weekly newsletters in collaboration with the editorial team.Deliver automated and scheduled email campaigns across events, subscriptions, reports, and digital products.Build, segment, and optimise customer data for effective targeting.Implement A/B testing and personalisation to improve engagement and conversion.Maintain and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud (including sign-up forms, automation, and data mapping).Support GDPR compliance and best practices for customer data management.Provide performance reporting and insights to internal teams.About YouSolid experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder) and Salesforce Sales Cloud.Strong email marketing skills - campaign setup, testing, segmentation, and optimisation.Confident working with HTML for newsletters (alignment, formatting, blocks).Attention to detail with excellent copy-editing/proofing skills.Comfortable collaborating with multiple teams (editorial, events, commercial).Experience within publishing, media, or luxury industries is a plus.What's on OfferSalary: £40,000Hybrid working: 3 days in the office (4-5 during probation to help you settle in)25 days holiday + Christmas closure + birthday day off + additional long-service leaveA friendly, collaborative culture with exposure to global events and luxury productsThe ProcessApplication deadline: Friday, 10th October1st stage: Teams interview with the line manager & a team member (W/C 13th October)2nd stage: In-person interview with leadership (W/C 20th October)If you're a data-driven Email & CRM Marketing professional looking for your next step in a creative, international environment, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today!We Are Aspire Ltd are a Disability Confident Commited employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
