OverviewRole: Ecommerce Marketing Manager - FMCG Luxury Consumer BrandLocation: Peterborough • Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days WFHPackage: £65,000 basic + benefits including private healthAre you a hands-on, data-driven Ecommerce Marketing Manager ready to take full ownership of a premium D2C brand’s digital sales and P&L? We're seeking a Digital Sales expert to be the engine of online growth, taking full ownership, replacing external agencies, and controlling the entire e-commerce journey from start to finish.My client is an agile and ambitious consumer brand on a rapid growth trajectory. They recently secured their first major UK grocery listing and are in active discussions with multiple other key retailers, alongside growing D2C and international sales.This is a high-impact, results-focused role with ownership of the online sales engine for the brand.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to grow digital sales and maximize ROI.Take hands-on daily sales and operational management of core platforms: Shopify and Amazon.Control and optimize all paid advertising—running Meta, Google, and Amazon campaigns.Be responsible for achieving online sales KPIs, including net sales, ATV, conversion rates, customer retention, gross profit, and P&L analysis.Use data analysis to monitor key site metrics, optimise the customer journey, and lead A/B testing for improvement.Ideate and build automated email flows, manage loyalty programs, and drive customer retention.What You'll Bring4+ years of demonstrable success using the Shopify platform and its apps.Proven e-commerce sales development experience with B2C (D2C) propositions.Hands-on experience with paid search (Google) and paid social (Meta).Experience managing and implementing SEO.Excellent written skills (native-level English) and strong copywriting ability to maintain brand tone of voice.Bonus: 2-4 years of experience managing sales through Amazon.Bonus: A keen interest in the food industry or a premium consumer lifestyle setting.Interview process1st Interview: with the Head of Marketing2nd Interview: F2F with wider SLT teamSalary: £65,000 with excellent benefits including Private Health Insurance.Location: Hybrid working - 3 days in Peterborough offices, 2 days WFH.We are an equal opportunities employer and value diversity.
