We are delighted to be partnering with a prestigious global law firm to recruit an International Director of Clients and Markets.


This is a senior appointment to drive strategic growth and elevate client engagement across the firm’s international business. It is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of client development and market strategy at the highest level.


This role sits at the heart of the firm’s international operations. You’ll work closely with the Global Chief Marketing and BD Officer and the Clients and Markets Partner to design and deliver ambitious international growth strategies and will be instrumental in defining how the firm connects with clients and builds business across practices, sectors, and regions.


Leading an international team, you will be responsible for crafting and executing global marketing and business development strategies that drive growth and innovation. This will be done through collaborating with senior stakeholders to develop multi-year growth plans and client-focused value propositions; leveraging data and insights to inform critical decisions and identify new opportunities, and championing operational excellence through governance, reporting, and budget management.


With a demonstrable strong track record of leading international marketing and business development, some of which will have been within the legal sector, you’ll be part of a collaborative, inclusive culture that values fresh thinking, supports professional growth, and is committed to making a difference for clients and communities alike.


Candidates without some previous experience of working within the legal sector will not be considered.
