This strategic role oversees the creation of solution-led campaigns, customer advocacy, content strategy, and performance measurement, ensuring all initiatives align with business priorities and sales plays. With accountability for install base campaign strategy, content governance, and pipeline impact, this role champions a results-driven marketing culture built on accountability, innovation, and ongoing optimisation.Responsibilities include shaping strategic direction for the Global Solution and Customer Marketing function, leading a global team of solution marketing managers, content strategists and advocacy strategists, and ensuring alignment with go-to-market priorities and operational excellence. The role also involves building and governing campaign messaging frameworks and plans, setting campaign targets, creating and overseeing campaign content Kits, hero content, solution guides, core messaging guides, landing pages, email copy, and optimizing content for performance across channels. Additional duties include driving SEO, AEO content, demand generation, performance measurement, and managing the marketing budget for ROI.Essential Duties and AccountabilitiesStrategic LeadershipProvide strategic direction for the Global Solution and Customer Marketing function, ensuring alignment with go-to-market priorities and operational excellence in a performance-driven environment. Lead a global team of marketing managers and advocates, fostering an inclusive team culture and driving measurable impact across all activities.Campaign StrategyDevelop and govern solution messaging frameworks and campaign plans with global and regional teams, aligning with sales plays and pipeline targets. Set and govern Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) targets, supporting account selection and prioritization with sales and regional teams.Campaign ContentTranslate value propositions into compelling messaging and assets based on customer insights. Create and oversee content kits, briefs, hero content, solution guides, landing pages, email copy, and more. Ensure content is optimized for performance across channels.SEO & AEO ContentDrive thought leadership through blogs, PR, video, website content, and AI chatbot sequences to maximize reach and engagement.Performance & OptimizationOwn marketing pipeline and revenue targets by play, measure impact, and optimize for conversion and growth. Manage budget and ensure ROI.Customer AdvocacyBuild and scale advocacy programs, including success stories, references, and community initiatives. Partner with sales and customer services to identify and activate advocates.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with global campaigns, regional marketing, partner marketing, and sales to ensure alignment. Collaborate with product marketing on launches, market research, competitive analysis, and positioning.
