About the role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our global Marketing Operations & Digital team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll own and optimize our digital presence, driving demand generation and lead conversion through SEO, PPC, and website management within HubSpot CMS.
The successful candidate will manage day-to-day website updates within HubSpot, create and optimize landing pages, oversee SEO and support and execute on regional PPC campaigns, and act as a digital enabler for global and regional stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing
- Manage and optimize our websites in HubSpot CMS.
- Build and improve landing pages, thank-you pages, and web modules to support campaigns.
- Support SEO performance: metadata, structured data, internal linking, and technical SEO.
- Launch, and optimize PPC campaigns (LinkedIn) with regional marketing managers.
- Run A/B tests and use heatmaps to improve conversions and lead generation.
- Partner with global and regional teams to ensure consistent brand presence.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance with Google Analytics, HubSpot, and GTM.
Key Responsibilities
Website Management
- Own content updates and maintenance of the corporate website and regional sites using HubSpot.
- Build and optimize HubSpot landing pages, thank-you pages, and web modules to support campaigns and content downloads.
- Align with global content and product teams to ensure site content reflects current messaging, product positioning, and campaign priorities.
SEO & Structured Data
- Implement and maintain on-page SEO best practices, including metadata, internal linking, image optimization, and URL structures.
- Apply and manage Schema markup and structured data to enhance search visibility.
- Monitor SEO performance using Google Search Console and other tools, collaborating with demand gen and content teams to improve rankings and traffic quality.
PPC & Paid Media
- Support regional teams with local PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Report on paid campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Conversion Optimization
- Build and optimize web pages and landing pages with a focus on lead generation and conversion.
- Leverage A/B testing tools and heatmaps to test CTAs, forms, page layouts, and messaging effectiveness.
- Partner with the Marketing Automation Manager to ensure correct tracking (UTMs, HubSpot tracking codes, Google Tag Manager).
Global & Regional Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for regional marketing teams for web-related needs.
- Enable localized and translated website content by coordinating with regional marketing managers.
- Ensure adherence to brand governance and global web standards across localized websites.
Analytics & Reporting
- Use Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other tools to monitor website and campaign performance.
- Track conversion paths, engagement, and campaign ROI.
- Provide live dashboards and monthly reports with insights to guide improvements and align with KPIs.
What you’ll bring to the team
- 3+ years of website coordination or web content management experience in a B2B environment, ideally in the tech or workforce management space.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CMS including landing page and website structures.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including Schema markup and structured data.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and A/B testing tools.
- Excellent project coordination and communication skills to support stakeholders across global teams.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for content formatting and troubleshooting.
