  • Plan, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and other platforms—focusing on driving awareness, acquisition and conversion across brands.
  • Support and execute CRM strategies (primarily via Klaviyo and Microsoft Dynamics), including audience segmentation, lifecycle journeys, and automated email flows.
  • Help shape and improve the end-to-end customer journey across digital touchpoints—from ad click to post-purchase retention.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to develop effective, on-brand creative for paid and CRM campaigns.
  • Analyse performance across channels, turning data into insights and actionable improvements.
  • Contribute to SEO-informed content planning and CRO strategies to improve visibility and website performance.
  • Stay current with platform updates, emerging tools, and digital best practices—bringing fresh ideas and testing opportunities to the team.
  • Clearly communicate performance and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support day-to-day marketing operations across multiple brands, adapting quickly to priorities and pitching in where needed.

What You’ll Bring

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven results in paid media (especially Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok) with a strong performance mindset.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and email marketing tools—Klaviyo and Microsoft Dynamics experience is desired.
  • A strong grasp of customer journey thinking, digital acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience interpreting data, spotting trends, and refining campaigns accordingly.
  • Collaborative and proactive—able to manage priorities across multiple brands and projects.

The role is full time, three days per week in our central London office, and two days per week from home.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
