About the Role As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll drive the brand’s online visibility and performance managing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels. From email and social to PPC and content, you’ll plan, deliver, and optimise marketing activity to attract new customers and build loyalty across brands. You’ll work across a mix of campaigns, performance marketing, and multi‑channel strategy helping shape how customers discover and shop with this premium lifestyle brand. You’ll use customer insights, analytics, and KPIs to shape strategy and measure success, ensuring campaigns hit commercial objectives and deliver clear ROI. Confident managing content workflows, you’ll oversee messaging across platforms, ensuring everything aligns with brand and drives conversion. You’ll also play a key role in seasonal and integrated campaigns from planning Black Friday activity to implementing smarter use of AI tools to enhance content and performance. About you To be considered for this Digital Marketing Manager role, you’ll have hands‑on experience running digital campaigns across multiple channels, ideally within retail, ecommerce, or an agency setting. You’ll be confident making commercial decisions, analysing performance data, and identifying opportunities to improve results. You’ll know your way around PPC, paid social, CRM, and SEO, and be comfortable managing and critiquing content to ensure consistency and impact. Experience using analytics and reporting tools to track KPIs and optimise campaigns is key, along with a proactive mindset and the confidence to lead projects from concept through to delivery.
