About you
You're someone who gets their hands dirty with digital marketing and genuinely enjoys it. You're the type of person who takes pride in executing campaigns that actually deliver results, not just pretty reports. You're detail-oriented (because the small stuff really does matter), and you're comfortable diving into data to understand what's working and what isn't.
You've got solid experience implementing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
You're comfortable with analytics tools and can create performance reports that actually make sense
You enjoy copywriting and creating marketing content (and you're good at it)
You're excited and experienced in using AI tools to improve your efficiency and output quality
You understand how to test and optimise campaigns to get better results
You're genuinely enthusiastic about contributing to client success through quality execution
You're thriving in busy environments and can juggle multiple tasks without dropping balls
What you'll actually be doing
You'll be responsible for the hands-on implementation and management of digital marketing activities across our client portfolio and the b2b side of things. Think of yourself as the person who makes the magic happen, working closely with our strategy, creative, and technical teams.
Digital marketing implementation
Write compelling copy for paid advertising, websites and email campaigns (with AI assistance as your driver)
Coordinate creative production with our design team and execute campaign launches across multiple channels
Track and report on campaign performance, highlighting what's working (and what isn't)
Support SEO projects by implementing on-page optimisations and content updates
Website and landing page operations
Conduct website testing and quality assurance checks (we have established protocols, so you won't be flying blind)
Work with our design and development teams to support landing page development
Implement optimisations and updates based on performance data (because everything can be improved)
Performance analytics and optimisation
Update and optimise Google Business Profile listings and local citations for clients
Keep an eye on Google Search Console and flag any issues or opportunities
Implement conversion rate optimisation tests and track results
Compile digital performance reports using data from various marketing platforms
Project and process support
Help with award submissions by gathering information and preparing materials (we win a lot of awards, so this is important!)
Coordinate between our technical, creative, and client services teams
Help maintain our marketing processes and keep documentation up to date
Make sure tasks are completed on time and to the quality standards we're known for
Skills and experience we're looking for
2 to 4 years experience in digital marketing roles where you've actually managed campaigns hands-on
Solid experience with tools including GA4, Search Console, and Google Business Profile
Strong copywriting skills with experience creating marketing content across multiple channels
Experience using AI tools for content creation and marketing optimisation
Comfortable using design tools like Canva
Understanding of conversion rate optimisation principles and practices
Experience with quality assurance processes and strong attention to detail
You're quick to pick up new systems and technologies
