Based in London, the CRM & Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for maintaining the brands CRM, presence online and via digital channels. This includes development and enhancement of content for a new multi-lingual website, digital and social channels; management of multilingual content (website, paid media campaigns and social channels and the coordination of social media content and user engagement across the brand.MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for day-to-day digital content briefing and coordinationSupport the Head of Digital with the end-to-end launch of a new multi-lingual brand websiteExecute CMS and content updates across all brands websitesAct as a point of contact for the brands global digital agency teamProvide direction to digital creative teams (copywriters, art directors) on required content updatesCollaborate with internal stakeholders to extract content and storiesCollaborate with PR team as required to align the website with media messagingBrief copy as defined by agency recommendations for SEO optimisation and performanceSupport with day-to-day social media execution for the brandMaintain the social content calendar in collaboration with the Head of Marketing & Communications, to drive organic visits, fan growth & engagement for the brandCollaborate with regions to extract and aggregate engaging contentCoordinate in-language Brand PPC and digital campaignsCRMManage the day-to-day relationship with third partiesProvide training and guidance toward the newly equipped marketsCreate engaging automated communication plan, content creation and targeting strategy for online customersIncrease the database qualification to meet with CRM KPIsBuild monthly KPIs report per markets for follow-upForecast the CRM gifts and monitor their usageProvide guidance toward CRM eventsOTHER KEY COLLABORATIONS:Support the Head of Marketing on all digital build projects (e.g. a new brand website, a new brand asset management system)Collaborate to integrate digital and CRM efforts, including but not limited to Salesforce/website integrationDESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:You will already possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing and experience in luxury brands is preferredAn understanding of the Chinese digital landscape is preferableYou must have past experience in cross-channel digital marketingYou must be able to demonstrate strong project management and organisational skillsHold a British Passport or have indefinite leave to remain in the United KingdomOUR CLIENT IS OFFERING:Benefits packageOptions for career progressionA friendly and supportive work environmentUpload your CV * Please upload .doc, .pdf, .docx or .odt files under 5 MBI consent to Luxury Recruit using the above data to send me marketing emails, as detailed in the website privacy policy #J-18808-Ljbffr
