We are looking for a driven, curious and strategic Digital Marketing Manager who craves the chance to define and own their role and evolve our output from creative to reporting. You would have a keen interest in paid advertising, organic search visibility, analytics and emerging AI-powered strategies, this is a great opportunity for someone with industry experience (agency or client side), to hone their skills in a fast-paced, supportive, and fun environment. Key Responsibilities
Support and deliver paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and emerging platforms. Build and manage campaign tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM) and monitor user flows in GA4. Assist with campaign setup, optimisation, testing and audience targeting across social and search. Report on campaign performance using GA4, Looker Studio and internal templates. Collaborate with content and design teams to deliver creative that performs. Explore new tools and AI technologies that can elevate performance marketing strategies. Stay informed of changes in platform algorithms, PPC trends and digital marketing best practices.
What We're Looking For
Pro-active approach and an insatiable desire to generate excellent results. Experience in managing digital marketing activities and teams. (in‑house or agency). Understanding of paid campaign structure and management (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn). Working knowledge of GA4 and GTM for setup and maintenance. Comfortable creating reports using tools such as Looker Studio. Creative mindset, interest in ad copy, visuals, and experimenting with content. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Curiosity about AI and its potential in digital marketing. Organised, self‑motivated, and able to meet deadlines with support from the team.
