Job Overview: The Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping, executing, and optimising MCR's paid media strategy while managing broader digital marketing initiatives. This includes planning and running paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, while monitoring performance, analysing results, and maximising ROI. The role is based in-house in our Manchester office, providing the opportunity to work closely with the marketing team and wider business to deliver high-impact campaigns.The ideal candidate will have proven experience in paid media, strong analytical skills, and the ability to create compelling campaigns that drive leads and brand awareness.
