As our Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll be at the heart of that movement: leading with purpose, amplifying club culture, and crafting campaigns as unforgettable as our post‑match socials. Because here, every player counts, and every win is shared. The Role We’re looking for a proactive, performance‑driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. You’ll play a pivotal role in executing our digital and CRM strategy, shaping the voice of our brand, growing our community, and driving engagement through smart, creative, and data‑led marketing. Key Responsibilities CRM & Member Communications (HubSpot Marketing)
Support the execution of our CRM strategy, working closely with the Director of Brand & Marketing. Manage daily and weekly member email communications via HubSpot. Design and build visually engaging email templates aligned with brand guidelines. Develop and optimise automated member journeys (onboarding, retention, win‑back). Analyse engagement data and continuously refine campaigns for stronger results.
Social Media & Content Calendar
Collaborate with our content producer to plan, manage, and schedule the weekly social calendar across Instagram and TikTok. Design and format branded assets using Figma or Adobe Creative Suite. Engage with our community across all platforms — responding to messages, amplifying club news, and supporting on‑site teams. Drive engagement and follower growth with trend‑aware, platform‑first content.
Performance Marketing
Build, execute, and report on paid campaigns across Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Design ad creative, and visuals tailored to each platform and audience. Monitor performance KPIs and conversion metrics, optimising for acquisition and ROI.
General
Track KPIs across digital channels and share actionable insights. Collaborate closely with club teams to ensure unified messaging and activation. Skilled in web analytics with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong multitasker who thrives in a team setting.
About You
5+ years’ experience in digital, CRM, and performance marketing roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Skilled in web analytics and data interpretation. Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot Marketing preferred). Proven success managing social channels — especially Instagram & TikTok. Strong grasp of Meta and Google Ads campaign setup, management, and reporting. Creative thinker with a passion for wellness, sport, and lifestyle content. Proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple projects. Bonus: experience with membership‑based, wellness, or hospitality brands.
