About The Role As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our digital marketing strategy across multiple channels. This lead generation and data role encompasses various marketing activities, using data to guide decision-making in a competitive market – vital to the business's success. You will lead our paid-for digital advertising campaigns, ensuring we hit sales and land onboarding targets using HubSpot integration to maximise ROI. You will develop and administer our HubSpot platform to provide live dashboards and monthly board reports demonstrating the effectiveness of our marketing activity in real time. You will manage our extensive contact lists, build email campaigns and automated client journeys, and support SEO to maintain our market leadership for industry keywords. Your copywriting and SEO skills will support our Communications Manager in creating content that informs our diverse audiences and continues to build high levels of organic traffic and enquiries. Responsibilities
Develop and manage our extensive digital marketing strategy utilising digital agencies as required. Manage and develop our HubSpot CRM marketing system, including data management, automation, report building and campaign integration, including HTML emails. Support with data analysis to inform local and national marketing campaigns, including social media and Google paid for advertising. Support our Communications Manager and external agencies to produce SEO-rich content for case studies, thought leadership pieces, and advertisements. Play a key role in developing the overall marketing strategy and budget requirements alongside the broader marketing team.

Requirements
Marketing qualification or equivalent experience. An excellent understanding of digital marketing strategy and best practices. Good knowledge of content management software and marketing automation (HubSpot preferred). Strong SEO technical skills (Google pay per click and Programmatic advertising). Strong organisational and communication skills (both written and verbal). The ability to proactively manage multiple tasks, work to deadlines, and prioritise workload in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel. Copywriting, editing and proof reading skills desirable.
