Zachary Daniels are proud to be partnering with a much-loved hospitality brand to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with huge heritage, a loyal customer base, and a reputation for doing things differently.
In this role, you'll take ownership of digital strategy across CRM, paid media and loyalty programmes, leading a small team and working closely with the wider marketing function to deliver engaging, sales-driving campaigns.
The Role:
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will:
Lead the CRM strategy across pubs and hotels, developing campaigns that are personalised, relevant and effective. Manage the relationship with Acteol, ensuring the platform is optimised and delivering maximum value. Support the roll out and day-to-day management of the loyalty programme and membership scheme, creating and monitoring customer communications. Set up, test and maintain automated CRM journeys including welcome, pre- and post-stay, birthdays, reviews and more. Lead the Paid Advertising team across social, search, display and maps, ensuring all campaigns are on brand, optimised and deliver ROI.
