The Digital Marketing Manager will play a lead role in converting interest into subscriptions by shaping the online journey and boosting onsite engagement through strategic testing, content, and collaboration.


Role Highlights

  • Manage the full customer journey across digital touchpoints with a focus on acquisition and onboarding
  • Build and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies to drive performance
  • Own the onsite testing roadmap, drawing on analytics and UX insights
  • Lead integrated digital campaigns aligned with wider marketing goals
  • Work cross-functionally with product and data teams to enhance performance reporting


You Will Need

  • 1–3 years’ experience in digital or performance marketing
  • Confidence using data to shape decisions and report outcomes
  • Strong communicator who can influence across departments
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a hunger to learn
  • An understanding of user-centric marketing and UX optimisation
