Role Highlights Manage the full customer journey across digital touchpoints with a focus on acquisition and onboarding Build and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies to drive performance Own the onsite testing roadmap, drawing on analytics and UX insights Lead integrated digital campaigns aligned with wider marketing goals Work cross-functionally with product and data teams to enhance performance reporting
