We’re a fast-growing, digitally native brand with a strong presence in the UK and a growing global reach. We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager to scale our digital channels and drive our next phase of growth.

Serge DeNimes is a premium, design-led jewellery brand founded by Oliver Proudlock. We offer high-quality, fashion-forward jewellery with a focus on storytelling, creativity, and accessibility. Our collections are inspired by global culture and crafted to reflect individuality and bold expression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Marketing: Plan and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Email & CRM: Manage customer retention and conversion strategies using Klaviyo: plan flows, campaigns, and segmentation.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, optimise ROAS, and report on digital performance weekly/monthly with actionable insights, utilising third-party software such as TripleWhale and Analyzify.
  • SEO & Content Strategy: Oversee SEO best practices across site content, blogs, and product pages. Create product pages/collections relevant to new drops and collections.
  • Influencer & Affiliate Marketing: Build and manage partnerships with influencers, creators, and affiliate platforms to support acquisition and brand awareness.
  • Website Optimisation: Collaborate on CRO improvements across the Shopify site. Suggest optimisations to focus on website conversion.
  • Agency Management: Manage external agencies and freelancers, setting clear targets, briefs, and budgets.
  • Intern/Junior Support: Potential to mentor and lead junior talent as the team grows.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 3–5+ years in a digital marketing or ecommerce growth role, ideally in DTC fashion, lifestyle, or beauty
  • Platforms: Proven experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, TikTok Ads, Shopify, and Google Analytics.
  • Commercially Focused: Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs (ROAS, CPA, LTV, conversion rate) and how to impact them.
  • Creative Meets Analytical: Can blend performance data with brand storytelling and visual campaigns.
  • Hands-On Operator: You’re proactive, resourceful, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
  • Excellent Communicator: Confident working cross-functionally and presenting ideas backed by data.
