Digital Marketing Manager – Manchester or Leeds (Hybrid, 3 days office / 2 days WFH)

This is a fantastic opportunity with a growing insurance business that’s investing in its marketing function. An exciting role has arisen for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their UK Marketing team.

This position offers the chance to join a fun, collaborative team covering the full marketing mix — delivering innovative solutions to UK businesses across a wide range of sectors, including charities, care organisations, IT service providers and media companies.

The role:

You’ll play a key part in shaping and delivering a multi-channel digital strategy, supporting the Digital Development Manager and collaborating with content, design and events specialists. This role will see you managing digital campaigns end-to-end, ensuring activity is on brand, measurable, and optimised for success.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver multi-channel digital campaigns (website, email, SEO, social – LinkedIn & YouTube)
  • Lead social media campaigns, from brief through to optimisation and reporting
  • Oversee CRM data management and enrichment (HubSpot experience essential)
  • Maintain website CMS and page content updates
  • Provide regular campaign reporting, tracking, and optimisation
  • Ensure consistent brand governance across all digital activities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, partners, and vendors to deliver high-quality campaigns

What we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years’ digital marketing experience (agency or in-house)
  • Hands-on expertise in HubSpot (must-have)
  • Strong skills across website, email, SEO, PPC, and social channels
  • Experience with campaign reporting and optimisation
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills with sharp attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise, manage multiple projects and perform under pressure
  • A proactive team player with a passion for building strong relationships
