We’re looking for someone to help us deliver and grow our SEO and digital marketing services, both for clients and for our own agency visibility. This is a new, hands-on role — you’ll be doing the work as well as shaping the offer.You’ll be responsible for both delivery and strategy of SEO and digital marketing services. That means running campaigns, audits, content plans, reporting, and optimisation, while also helping us define new services and revenue streams. You’ll work closely with our in-house designers and developers, drawing on their skills to make campaigns happen efficiently.This role is initially part-time and contract-based, but has clear potential to become full-time once the commercial opportunity is proven.You will:Lead SEO and digital marketing for our clients.Develop our own marketing and lead generation strategy.Work with our in-house designers and developers to execute campaigns.Define and test new revenue streams in SEO/digital marketing, positioning these as a core agency service.This is a role with clear growth potential — initially part-time and contract-based, but with the intention of becoming a full-time permanent position once the commercial opportunity is proven.Target ResponsibilitiesThis is a new role, so we expect these to evolve, both around the successful applicants skillset and the requirements of our clients, but hopefully it should put a picture on you mind of what we’re after.Work with the directors to create an SEO and marketing offer for our clients, many of whom may already have marketing teams and/or SEO consultants.Run SEO audits, on-page and off-page optimisation, and reporting for clients.Produce keyword research, content plans, and performance tracking.Set up, manage, and optimise campaigns across relevant digital channels.Work with our design and development teams to deliver campaigns and implement recommendations.Develop and test new SEO and digital marketing services for the agency.Package and promote SEO/digital marketing as a core client offering.Monitor and analyse results, turning data into actionable insights for clients and the team.Skills & ExperienceProven experience running end-to-end SEO campaigns with measurable results.Broader digital marketing expertise (content, social, campaigns; paid desirable but not essential).Track record of growing a business or establishing new service offerings.Confident using SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics/Tag Manager, Search Console, Facebook Pixel/Instagram, SEMrush/Ahrefs).Adaptable, able to balance hands-on delivery with strategic growth.Soft SkillsGreat communication and interpersonal skills with a calm and positive mannerSuperb written skills, with an ability to understand complex processes and instructions from team members and clientsGood computer skills, we use a variety of software to keep projects and team members on trackBonus PointsStrong technical SEO skillsAn eye for good design.
