You will collaborate with an established international sales and marketingteam across our Labelexpo events and our flagship trade publication, Labels & Labeling.Position SummaryThe Digital Marketing Manager will develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategiesthat align with business objectives and key results (OKRs) while optimising allocated budgets.Working in partnership with the Head of Digital Marketing and brand marketing teams, you willestablish channel-specific plans designed to maximise performance across all digital touchpoints.As a digital marketing expert, you will champion best practices, implement robust testing andreporting methodologies, and leverage data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement. You willmanage multiple online channels, analyse performance metrics, and optimise campaigns to enhancebrand awareness, generate qualified leads, and accelerate customer acquisition.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipOrchestrate cross-functional collaboration between sales, web development, marketing, content creation, and design teamsDevelop digital channel strategies that align with overall event and product objectives, establishing clear priorities and performance targetsProvide strategic recommendations on budget allocation across digital channels to maximise ROICultivate strong relationships with event marketing leads and key stakeholdersManage vendor relationships with critical digital marketing partners and service providersImplement comprehensive campaign reporting, testing, and optimisation frameworks with emphasis on conversion rate enhancementEstablish effective project management methodologies to efficiently manage multiple concurrent campaignsEnsure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all digital platformsPaid Digital Advertising ManagementDevelop, implement, and optimise paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok)Conduct strategic budget allocation, A/B testing, and performance analysis to continuously enhance campaign effectivenessFacilitate regular campaign performance updates with stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendationsGuide email marketing strategy development with focus on audience segmentation and data governance best practicesOversee the enhancement of email templates, automated customer journeys, and personalisation initiativesManage the production and distribution of Labels & Labeling communications supplied by the Editorial team, including the weekly Label News newsletter and quarterly Issue AlertMaintain oversight of event websites, establishing and enforcing quality standards throughout the event lifecycleCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise customers journeys, enhance user experience, and implement SEO strategiesCoordinate testing initiatives to drive continuous website performance improvementApply meticulous attention to detail in reviewing and refining website copy and design elementsContribute to comprehensive social media strategies in collaboration with brand marketing teamsOversee social media content scheduling and publication through Sprinklr for all event propertiesGenerate detailed analytics reports from Sprinklr to inform content optimisation and strategic decision-makingStrategic InnovationsEvaluate and implement appropriate Generative AI tools to enhance marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency in accordance with Informa's governance policiesContribute to the development of best-in-class creative assets for digital marketing channelsProactively identify and share emerging trends, innovative approaches, and best practices from across the industryTeam DevelopmentFoster a culture of knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and digital marketing excellenceIdentify skill gaps and coordinate appropriate training initiatives for team membersResearch and recommend external professional development opportunities including conferences and workshopsDrive adoption and optimisation of digital marketing technologies across the teamEstablish a metrics-driven culture focused on testing, analysis, and continuous improvementStandardise reporting methodologies across event portfoliosDevelop templated approaches where appropriate to enhance efficiency and performanceQualificationsQualificationsEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fieldMinimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in digital marketing with demonstrated campaign management successProven experience marketing exhibitions, conferences, or similar event formatsDemonstrated expertise in SEO/SEM, PPC advertising, and social media marketingProficiency with digital marketing analytics platforms and campaign management toolsTechnical SkillsAdvanced knowledge of digital marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads)Expertise in social media management tools and content scheduling platformsStrong project management capabilities with experience managing multiple concurrent campaignsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPointPersonal AttributesAnalytical
