Develop and execute a GEO strategy for AI-powered and traditional search channels Monitor and adapt to SGE updates to maintain strong brand presence Apply an integrated SXO approach to improve discovery, engagement, and conversions Build a keyword-to-intent plan prioritising semantic and topical relevance for both human and AI queries Track and report on GEO/SXO KPIs and identify new growth opportunities Collaborate with Content, Product, and Design teams to optimise content and information architecture for LLMs and structured data Continuously review competitor performance and landscape changes for new growth opportunities
Website Management
Drive the overall website strategy to align with business goals and user needs Design and refine funnels for seamless journeys from entry to conversion Plan, create, and publish content (blogs, whitepapers, gated assets) to drive traffic and engagement Lead localisation and multilingual management for consistent, high-quality experiences worldwide Oversee analytics and reporting to continuously improve performance, discoverability, and conversion rates
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field 3―5 years of experience in SEO, SXO, or digital marketing, ideally with AI-powered search optimisation experience. Strong understanding of search algorithms, generative AI (SGE, LLMs), and semantic search strategies. Hands-on experience with CMS, content strategy, UX/UI principles, and conversion optimisation. Analytical mindset with experience in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, SEMrush, Ahrefs) Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams English business fluent (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus Proactive, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience with multilingual content management and international digital strategy is a plus
