This is an exciting, innovative, and busy role for an experienced digital marketeer with a chance to really influence the future of digital marketing at Fuller’s.This role reports to the Head of Marketing, is responsible for creating the Digital Strategy to support the annual marketing plan. You will take responsibility for the caretaking and management of all online properties and accounts and the relationship with our CRM and web providers.Key ResponsibilitiesShape and deliver a digital strategy aligned with Fuller’s marketing goals, using insights to optimise customer engagement and conversion.Lead a small digital team, align stakeholders, and support integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels.Manage and enhance Fuller’s websites and online platforms, driving traffic and revenue through SEO and digital offerings.Develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand visibility and support pub-level marketing.Create and maintain engaging, brand-aligned content across digital channels, ensuring consistency in tone and visuals.Oversee CRM activity and targeted email campaigns to drive retention, loyalty, and personalised engagement.Manage paid media campaigns and agency relationships to maximise performance and ROI.Track KPIs and deliver insights to inform strategy and demonstrate impact.We’re seeking a seasoned digital marketing professional with proven experience, ideally within the hospitality/retail sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels, along with proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to think creatively and deliver engaging, innovative campaigns. Strong project management and organisational abilities will be key to successfully leading initiatives and driving results across our digital platforms.Work DetailsThis role is based in our Support Centre in Chiswick/Kew Bridge - W4 3NN.
