OverviewPosition: Digital Marketing LeadSalary: £35,000 to £38,000 based on experienceLocation: Hove, fully office basedHours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, regular social events, discretionary monthly bonus scheme, cycle to work scheme, your birthday off and more!We’re looking for a self-motivated digital marketing superstar to work with the Head of Marketing and take responsibility for all digital marketing activities including email and CRM marketing, digital strategy and paid media campaigns, SEO, Ecommerce and more.This is a well established and well-known brand in their sector, working in the retail and wholesale industry.ResponsibilitiesEmail Marketing & CRM; taking ownership of the email marketing channel, from strategy to executionBuilding and optimising campaign flows, creating segmented campaigns tailored to different customer journeys, designing and implementing email automations and A/B test subject lines, content, design, and send timesDigital Strategy & Paid Campaigns, proposing and managing budgets in line with prioritiesPlanning and running paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Pmax)Analysing ROI, acquisition cost, and engagementSearch Engine Optimisation (SEO), conducting keyword research and implementing on-page optimisationMaintaining e-commerce website content and digital assetsData driven reporting and analyticsSkills & experienceDegree educated or equivalent in marketing or businessStrong digital marketing experience, particularly email marketingExperience with DotDigital, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similarStrong customer segmentation, targeting, and campaign automation understandingSEO, paid media, and website management experienceGreat with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush and similar alongside experience in Magento, WordPress, and CRM platformsA/B and multivariate testing experienceData-driven with a keen eye for marketing analyticsSalary, hours and company benefits£35,000 to £38,000 based on experienceMonday to Friday 9am to 5pm, fully office based in Hove20 days holiday plus Bank HolidaysRegular social eventsDiscretionary monthly bonus schemeCycle to work schemePension SchemeHealthcare Cash PlanEmployee discountWild Recruitment Ltd T/A First Recruitment Services is acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
