We're working with a well-established multichannel retail group that's doubling down on its digital growth strategy and expanding it's digital marketing team. With a substantial marketing budget, multiple agency partnerships, and strong trading momentum, this is an opportunity to influence how a beloved high-street presence competes — and wins — in the online space. The team is collaborative, insights-driven, and geared toward making fast, high-impact decisions.
This new opening has been created as part of a strategic drive to strengthen digital customer acquisition and retention across one of their two major brands. You'll be shaping full-funnel performance marketing plans that deliver both ROI and reach and you will work closely with the Digital Marketing Lead who is accountable for the other brand, sharing best practise to aid overall business growth.
The Digital Marketing Lead will own the strategy and execution across PPC, display, affiliates, retargeting, and paid social to accelerate online growth and brand visibility for their brand.
Role Highlights
- Drive a £2-3m+ performance marketing budget across multiple digital channels - PPC, Paid Social, Display & Affiliates
- Develop agency and partner relationships to maximise innovation and ROI
- Partner closely with trading, CRM, and SEO teams to align performance marketing with commercial goals
- Develop, test and scale strategies across mobile and desktop platforms
- Monitor KPIs and ensure campaigns hit traffic, conversion, and ROI targets
You Will Need
- Deep experience in performance marketing in retail or ecommerce (client or agency side)
- Strong command of attribution models and analytics tools like GA or Adobe Analytics
- Proven ability to scale digital channels and optimise spend across platforms
- Commercially sharp with budget ownership experience and a test-and-learn mindset
- Strong communicator and stakeholder manager — confident leading cross-functional collaboration
