Overview A successful financial technology company are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Lead (SEO & PPC) to join the marketing team. This is a hybrid role two days per week in their Central London office and three days per week working from home. Responsibilities
Take ownership of the strategic development and operational excellence of the core digital marketing channels to elevate digital presence and performance. Manage a small team of two and report into the Customer Marketing Director. Lead strategic planning for all digital channels, identify emerging digital trends and technologies, and drive the strategic development and optimisation of the website focusing on UX/UI, SEO, conversion rates and content effectiveness. Take ownership of the marketing technology (MarTech) stack and oversee the strategy and execution of PPC and digital display, email marketing capabilities and in-app marketing. Take ownership of reporting and measurement, management of the digital budget, and act as the brand champion to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
Qualifications
5+ years experience in a digital role, with exposure to website building and management and a passion for website development and creating customer journeys. Experience of PPC, digital advertising, content management systems for website updates, SEO, and an understanding of Google Ads and Google Analytics.
