OverviewA successful financial technology company is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Lead (SEO & PPC) to join the marketing team. This is a hybrid role – two days per week in their Central London office and three days per week working from home. The Digital Marketing Lead will take ownership of the strategic development and operational excellence of the core digital marketing channels to elevate digital presence and performance. The role reports into the Customer Marketing Director and manages a small team of two. This role suits someone who enjoys a combination of technical and strategic digital marketing work.
Responsibilities
Lead strategic planning for all digital channels, identify emerging digital trends and technologies.
Drive the strategic development and optimisation of the website with a focus on UX/UI, SEO, conversion rate optimisation and content effectiveness.
Own the marketing technology (MarTech) stack and oversee the strategy and execution of PPC and digital display, email marketing capabilities and in-app marketing.
Own reporting and measurement, manage the digital budget, and act as the brand champion to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of experience in a digital role.
Experience with website building and management, passion for website development and customer journey design.
Experience with PPC, digital advertising, content management systems for website updates, SEO, and an understanding of Google Ads and Google Analytics.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum dependent on experience.
