What you’ll do
- Play a key role in executing our strategy and maintaining the quality and consistency of our brand across all touchpoints.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for our brand as well as partner agents & developers.
- Assist with the management of day-to-day content across digital and social channels, from scheduling to creative testing and audience engagement.
- Support the development of marketing strategies for new listings and development launches, in partnership with our agents and developers.
- Build a deep understanding of our high-net-worth audience and buyer network, using insights to shape content and campaigns.
- Contribute to property shoots, from planning and storyboarding through to rollout across our channels.
- Track and report on campaign and social media performance, providing insights with a focus on growth, engagement, and content effectiveness.
What you’ll bring
- 1-3 years experience in digital marketing within the property, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.
- Experience in contributing to digital marketing campaigns and creative production, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate project delivery.
- Good understanding of digital platforms and luxury marketing with experience in adapting storytelling strategies to marketing channels.
- Hands-on experience managing brand social channels, ideally with an understanding of paid media, insights and reporting.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a creative eye for refined content.
- Proactive business mindset, always seeking ways to optimise, test, and improve.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
- Highly organised, with strong time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Deep appreciation for quality, storytelling, and emotion-led marketing.

- £30,000 to £45,000 base salary depending on experience
- Performance-related bonuses
- Hybrid working: 2/3 days a week in person
