We are Web Behaviour Specialists, a London-based digital marketing agency specialising in paid search, display and social media advertising, SEO, website analytics, and optimisation. Since 2010, our multilingual team has worked with UK and multinational clients across the globe, delivering data-driven marketing solutions.

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused individual to join us. As a member of our team you will work directly with clients and key stakeholders on paid media programs and other website improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Digital Marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns for clients (incl. Paid Search, Display, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn advertising)
• Being involved in campaign planning, tactical execution and performance analysis of campaigns
• Conducting extensive keyword research, keyword grouping, writing/testing ad copies
• Always understand and adhere to client KPIs and work towards them
• Proactively keeping up to date with new developments in digital marketing and actively researching, testing and proposing new approaches to improve campaigns
• Working with the team to gain insights and suggestions for improvements

Qualifications / Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience within a digital marketing role
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
• A good knowledge of the technologies involved in running paid media campaigns
• Strong interest in developing digital skills and staying current with trends
• Pro-active and self-motivated
• Exceptional analytical skills, including analysing and reporting on the success of campaigns, presenting recommendations
• Ability to work independently and perform effectively under deadlines
• Fluency in more than one language is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• University degree is required
