Your Role

• Shape the Strategy: Develop and deliver impactful media plans that build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business growth across our restaurant portfolio.
• Create & Curate Content: Lead on creative storytelling across social media, websites, email, and digital campaigns. Work closely with chefs and restaurant teams to showcase everything from seasonal menus to exciting events.
• Grow Our Community: Manage and develop our social media presence, from Instagram and TikTok to LinkedIn, responding to trends and engaging with our growing audience.
• Analyse & Optimise: Track campaign performance using tools like Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics, making data-driven decisions to improve reach, engagement, and ROI.
• Build Partnerships: Collaborate with PR agencies, influencers, and media partners to maximise brand visibility and amplify key campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced & Insightful: You have 2–3 years’ experience in media, digital marketing, or communications—ideally in hospitality, food & beverage, or lifestyle sectors.
• Creative Storyteller: From copy to visuals, you know how to craft engaging content that connects with an audience.
• Digitally Savvy: You’re confident with paid media (Meta, Google), influencer marketing, SEO/SEM, and tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Analytics.
• Organised & Results-Driven: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing creativity with data-led decision-making.
