As a Times Top 100 Places to Work 2024 business, we truly go the “extra mile”, not only for our clients but for our colleagues too.Summary of the position:As an SEO Executive, you’ll play an important role in supporting our SEO strategy and delivery across a range of B2B client accounts. You’ll work closely with SEO Account Managers and other team members to ensure clients’ websites are optimised for success in search engines.Your responsibilities will encompass both technical SEO and content optimisation, including keyword research and audits, as well as reporting and competitor analysis. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone with 1–2 years’ SEO experience who is eager to develop their skills further in a fast-paced, supportive agency environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist with SEO audits and technical reviews of client websitesConduct keyword research to inform content strategy and on-page optimisationOptimise existing website content and metadata based on SEO best practicesSupport technical SEO implementation (e.g., internal linking, crawlability, indexing, site speed)Carry out competitor and SERP analysis to identify opportunitiesSet up and optimise Google Business ProfilesCreate performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Screaming FrogCollaborate with content writers and developers to ensure recommendations are implementedStay up to date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practicesProvide support to SEO Account Managers with client deliverables and trackingWhat we’re looking for:1–2 years’ experience in an SEO role within an agency environmentA good understanding of both technical SEO and content/on-page optimisationInterest in B2B marketing and an understanding of how it differs from B2CFamiliarity with platforms such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Screaming FrogBasic understanding of HTML/CSS and how websites are structuredExperience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or HubSpotStrong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitudeAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentGood copywriting and communication skills, particularly for business audiencesOrganised, motivated, and comfortable working across multiple client accountsWhy work with us?Ongoing training and professional development opportunitiesA supportive and collaborative team environmentRegular company events and socials throughout the yearThe chance to work with a growing portfolio of exciting B2B clientsWe are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
