Digital Marketing Executive (CRM & Email Marketing Focus)

We’re on the lookout for a talented Digital Marketing Executive to join our client’s team at a fast-growing private healthcare provider. You'll drive customer engagement by expertly managing their CRM platform and creating impactful email campaigns. This role offers a great mix of creative content development and strategic data analysis, allowing you to shape patient and client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and updating the client’s customer database in their CRM, ensuring data is accurate, segmented, and used effectively for targeted campaigns.
  • Planning, writing, and executing engaging email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and boost patient engagement. This includes managing content and subscriber lists.
  • Assisting with various digital marketing initiatives like website updates, social media, and SEO/SEM.
  • Monitoring and analysing email and CRM campaign performance (open rates, conversions, etc.) to report on results and continually improve future strategies.
  • Working closely with content, design, sales, and clinical staff to align CRM and email activities with company goals and brand.
  • Ensuring all email communications follow best practices and GDPR regulations, while keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically managing email marketing campaigns and CRM workflows.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and email marketing platforms (such as Zoho CRM/Campaigns, HubSpot, or Mailchimp).
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is advantageous but not required.
  • Skilled at interpreting campaign analytics and CRM data. Experience with metrics tracking tools like Excel or Google Analytics is a definite plus.
  • You can write engaging email copy and have a good eye for impactful visuals and calls-to-action. Any experience with basic design or HTML for emails is a bonus.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks efficiently, ensuring accuracy, meeting deadlines, and paying close attention to detail in everything from email scheduling to CRM updates.
  • An interest or background in healthcare is beneficial but not essential.
