We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to support our marketing activities on a part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing online company that sells a range of online recruitment advertising solutions with a diverse client list including BAE Systems, Heathrow Airport, DWP, IAG and many more. The role is fully remote with very occasional travel to Hertfordshire/London for team meetings or events. You will be working on an award-winning website dedicated to empowering Women in Tech; a passion for diversity, inclusivity and equality is beneficial. Manage and oversee social media activity across all channels. Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics, provide regular analysis, and produce performance reports. Implement and optimise SEO strategies to drive growth. Create insightful and relevant content, such as articles and guides, to establish thought leadership within our sector. Support the planning and promotion of events. Collaborate with the sales team to deliver client work and ensure performance metrics are achieved. Coordinate and distribute email newsletters. Manage the content calendar.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing. Proficiency with tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, Canva and Wordpress (Elementor). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance. Creativity in campaign development and content creation. Excellent project management and communication skills. Proactive, thought-provoking ideas and a positive attitude. Excellent attention to detail.
