Next Chapter is a strategic digital marketing agency. We work with some of the UK's most exciting professional service businesses. Launching in March 2022, Next Chapter is the digital marketing agency brand of Show + Tell which has been rapidly growing since 2009.

The Role:

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a critical role in managing & delivering digital marketing campaigns, driving digital strategy, & delivering measurable results. You will manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, optimise performance, & work closely with clients to ensure their marketing objectives align with business goals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee marketing automation & CRM integration to improve lead generation & nurturing.
  • Analyse campaign performance, provide insights, & recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with creative & the wider Next Chapter team to align marketing efforts with clients’ commercial goals (OKRs).
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, & best practices.
  • Be instrumental to client relationships, present campaign performance reports, & provide strategic recommendations.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in a B2B agency environment.
  • Knowledge of PPC (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads), social media, & content marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, preferable.
  • Experience in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
  • Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients / campaigns.
  • Confident communication skills & the ability to present reports to clients.
  • Strong collaboration skills & the ability to work with others to coordinate multi-channel campaigns & outputs.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on ROI & performance optimisation.
